One Green hero

The founding promise

No experience neededRental clubs included in the planMore hanging out. Less waiting.

01 / A different kind of round

Less golf baggage.
More reasons to play.

For first-timers, casual golfers, families, and dates that deserve something better than another dinner reservation.

One shared green

30–90yards

Same green. A new angle every hole.

Different tees circle a sculpted, half-to-one-acre green with multiple cups. Short shots, playful contours, and plenty of chances for a little friendly competition.

01

Two clubs. That’s it.

A wedge for the approach. A putter for the finish. Planned rentals mean you can leave the full bag at home.

02

Make a little time for play.

A round designed to take about 45 minutes. Easy to fit into a weekend away or an evening with friends.

03

Stay for the good part.

The vision goes beyond the green: food and drinks, group events, weekly leagues, and eventually play under the lights.

02 / From idea to first tee

Great greens
take groundwork.

We’re planning a destination, not just a course. Views, nearby food and drink, and a welcoming setting come first.

  1. Months 0–6

    Find the right ground

Secure land and permits, then bring in a golf course architect for contours, drainage, and tee placement.

  2. Months 6–12

Build it. Play it. Refine it.

Create the green, tees, and clubhouse; test the experience with friends-and-family rounds.

  3. Month 12+

    Open up the good times

The target: easy tee-time booking, a local launch, and room to grow into events and leagues.
